Ronnie has spent his life and career living and leading personal, professional and organisational transformations. He has a 21+ year track record as a corporate leader and advisor, founding CEO/CPO of multiple tech startups and a startup incubator that were successfully acquired, and then as Chief Digital Officer of the largest travel technology startup (Almosafer) in the Middle East, which grew from a small tech startup to over US $9 billion in revenue (186% CAGR pre-covid, 62% CAGR post-covid), profitability and 70%+ market share in 7 years during his tenure. He has lived and worked in Canada, USA, Europe and Asia, and currently resides in Dubai, UAE.
His work was published in Marty Cagan’s book Transformed and Teresa Torres’ book Continuous Discovery Habits as case studies in successfully implementing and scaling SVPG’s transformational Product Operating Model.
However, Ronnie’s real calling has been supporting, growing, and developing individuals and leaders in their personal and professional journeys.
After experiencing early and accelerated professional growth and success, he hit rock bottom just after founding his first tech startup in 2011. Highly competent and driven by an external focus on success, but lacking an inner foundation and guidance system, his personal and professional life unravelled seismically. This led him on a personal transformation journey built on a core foundation of positive service-oriented principles, mindfulness and self-reflective practices. It also completely changed his perspectives on what matters in life and leadership.
His transformation and the resulting sense of peace, connectedness and contribution are built on two core principles:

He applied these two core principles, integrated with SVPG’s transformational Product Operating Model, to build culture, vision and strategy for the organisations he has led to exponential growth and profitability. His constant focus was and continues to be on people's development and success, and on creating a culture of high trust, psychological safety, continuous learning and experimentation, accountability, ownership, and profound purpose, all on the bedrock of a caring community.
Through Mindful Leadership Coaching and Consulting, Ronnie coaches and advises leaders, organisations, and teams to learn and apply his two core principles together with the Product Operating Model to help them find their inner core and sense of purpose and drive meaningful, lasting impact for their lives, careers, organisations, and communities.
He holds a Computer Engineering degree from the University of Toronto and an MBA from the prestigious Rotman School of Management. He has received his Certified Professional Coach (CPC) accreditation in Core Energy Coaching and Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP) accreditation from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC).
